About the Course

Teams are increasingly becoming the atomic unit of work, important to successfully executing organizational strategy. 80% of people’s time is spent working in teams. However, there is no guarantee that team results are aligned with strategic expectations, which largely depends on the team’s leadership.

 

In this Elevating Team Impact course, learners will explore how to lead a cohesive, collaborative team, leverage diversity, and produce great results with numerous hands-on activities to practice deploying collaborative techniques both inside and beyond team boundaries.

 

Much of the action in business transformation takes place in teams. A transformational leader knows how transformation affects team behaviour and performance and then inspires the right actions for better results. This course teaches how to create leaders who can establish a team structure that is flexible, collaborative, and inclusive, while also helping team members learn new things as they work. 

Participants Will Learn How To:
  • Recognize the increasing role of teams today, and the need to quickly form firm foundation to enable their work.

  • Create team collaboration that leverage diverging ideas and use conflict productively to craft the best solutions.

  • Build effective relationships that extend the team’s expertise, strengthen their capabilities, and support efforts.

  • Accelerate team development and share both the learning and the credit with the extended team.
